Controller

The Controller supports the Cooperative’s financial operations, ensuring strong internal controls, accurate accounting practices, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role oversees key accounting staff and is responsible for month‑end and year‑end closeout processes, financial reporting, budgeting support, payroll oversight, work order management, and the continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures. The Controller reports to the Manager of Finance and collaborates across all departments, providing analytical and operational support, and helps maintain the financial integrity and efficiency of the Cooperative. This position also plays a key role in risk management, tax reporting, capital credit processes, and fostering positive relationships with employees, members, auditors, and external partners.
